At Angela King Designs and Go Wild! Wear, the customer is of great importance to us. We pride ourselves on over 22 years of fantastic customer service. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 210 566-5805. Office hours are 9:00am-4:00pm CST.
Orders:Once an order is received at our office, we will need a deposit to actually schedule your order for production. A deposit of 50% is due upon receipt of the order and the remaining 50% is due prior to uniform shipment.
Exchanges:Please examine your performance wear before removing tags, wearing, and/or washing. Examine the seams, stitching, fabric, fit, etc., before wearing. Once the garment has been worn, and/or washed it may not be exchanged. Due to the nature of our garments, and in some cases custom production, Angela King Designs, Inc and Go Wild! Wear does not accept returns. Go Wild! Wear will accept only size exchanges. You may exchange the item for the same style in a different size. Exchanges will be offered for garments that have not been worn, laundered or soiled and that have the original tags still attached. The items must be returned within 14 days of original ship date. Items must be given an EA#. Please call 210 566-5805 to receive your exchange information. Items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if soiled with deodorant marks or makeup. All boot exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of wear and tear. We suggest that you ship your exchanges using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service (registered, insured, and/or signature required). No COD orders will be accepted. Go Wild! Wear is not responsible for exchange shipping charges. Angela King Designs, Inc. items are custom, and are not eligible for exchanges.
Delivery:At Go Wild! we realize you are very excited to receive your new performance wear. We will do everything possible to quickly ship your order. Fortunately, all of the Go Wild! Wear collection pieces are manufactured right under our own roof! If we are out of stock on an item, we will produce your order as soon as possible.
Dye Lots:Due to the nature of fabric and the color dye process, dye lots are always a little different and are to be expected. Although we make every effort to match dye lots for our costumes, color match is not a guarantee.
Canceling Orders:To meet your fabric and color desires, your order may need to be produced specifically for you. Because we are working to get the order to you as quickly as possible, you will have 24 hours to cancel your order once it is placed.
Rights:Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, the names "Go Wild!" Wear, Angela King Designs, Inc, and AKD, written and other materials that appear as part of this site (collectively, the "contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Angela King Designs, Inc. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Angela King Designs, Inc Enterprises.
Special Orders and Prototypes:Special orders are never a problem at Go Wild! and Angela King Designs, Inc. Please call our office at 210 566-5805 to speak with a representative. Additional fees will apply to adjustments or additions made to our house patterns. If you would like a prototype of a particular item, the price of the item and shipping will apply.
