Costumes of Historical Merit

Featured below are AKD costumes that have made history in their respective leagues. Angela King Designs is the only company in professional cheerleading that has ever been commissioned to create costumes for an entire sports league.
The XFL was the first sports league to have AKD design and produce every costume for each of their eight teams.

Sports Illustrated Magazine gave their industry "Oscar" award to the XFL for their cheerleader costumes created by Angela King Designs.

WOW: Women of Wrestling was the first TV show of it's kind. AKD costumed the entire cast of wrestlers and the show aired nationally. Shown below are just a few of the cast members in costume.
